With over 15 years of experience in the art of hairstyling and a genuine passion for beauty, I am Elena Petrache, a dedicated hairstylist and trainer, and the founder of the Elena Petrache Academy. Established in 2018, my academy is a benchmark for quality professional education in the field of hairdressing, being state-accredited and offering both in-person and online courses designed to train professionals ready to enter the industry directly.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable knowledge through international collaborations and training sessions, which inspired the development of practical and modern educational programs based on current techniques that can be immediately applied in the salon. Our academy has trained over 6,000 students, providing them not only with theory but also with real practical experience, thus eliminating intermediate steps and facilitating quick entry into the job market.

In addition to the accredited Hairdresser course, the Elena Petrache Academy offers advanced training programs in textured hairstyles, colorimetry, balayage, and other advanced techniques, tailored for those who want to stay up to date with the latest trends. For those with busy schedules, we provide effective solutions through our online courses.

My passion for colorimetry led me to create two reference books on the Romanian market – “Colorimetry from A to Z” and “Blond Hair Expert” – which include techniques, formulas, and practical advice gathered from international experience. These volumes have been awarded and recognized for their significant contribution to beauty education.

Alongside my educational activities, I have also developed a distribution line for professional products, tools, and accessories, selecting tested and high-quality brands such as Ejik Professional, L Image, and Ollin Professional, which support hairstylists’ performance.

With a solid academic background in economics and business, followed by a professional retraining in hairstyling, I have managed to combine passion with professionalism, transforming my dream into a mission to inspire, train, and equip hairstylists for excellence.
